All of our meats are smoked low and slow on live-fire, wood-fueled smokers using traditional BBQ methods.
For fundraiser events, food is then served hot and fresh from our fully permitted Big Awesome BBQ food trailer, allowing us to serve large crowds quickly, safely, and consistently — and maximize fundraising results.
