Hand pulled smoked pork shoulder wrapped in a flour tortilla with a heap of our homemade smoked mac and cheese. We then add crunchy corn chips and a generous portion of our award winning BBQ sauce.

Slow smoked beef shoulder on a roll with jalapeños, Alabama white bbq sauce and cheese sauce.
3 grilled corn tortillas filled with smoked pulled beef, a sweet tangy Tex-Mex inspired coleslaw with cabbage, onion and jalapeno (it isn't very spicy we remove the seeds and membrane) topped with cilantro, queso fresco and our homemade chipotle ranch
Base layer of beans is then topped with our pulled pork and BBQ sauce. We then top that with coleslaw, then mac and cheese before we give it one last drizzle of BBQ sauce. This is good piled upon good.
We smoke our pork belly, and then braise it in local apple cider before glazing it in our signature BBQ sauce. Served on a bun with pickled jalapeno.
We cover a whole bologna chub with mustard and our glazing rub before smoking it. We then slice it and fry it on our griddle and serve it on a bun with thinly sliced onion and bbq sauce. We recommend the mustard bbq sauce.
Battered and fried pork chop is then smoked with a mustard BBQ sauce glaze. Served on a bun topped with coleslaw. Ask about extra toppings.

This smash burger has thinly sliced onions smashed into it as it's grilled. Served stacked with cheese on each patty. We recommend it as is. So, ask to add pickles, lettuce or tomato.

Classic macaroni salad served with a tangy and sweet dressing and diced onion, bell pepper, hard boiled eggs and celery mixed in.
Sauteed green pepper and onion are in a creamy honey chipotle cheese sauce mixed with corn and black beans smoked to perfection.

Hand mixed and rolled beef meatballs are wrapped with bacon before they are smoked. We dust them with our glazing rub and serve coated in our award winning signature BBQ sauce.
Cubed pork belly is smoked and then braised in local apple cider. We then glaze them with our signature award winning BBQ sauce.
We candy our own bacon in a mix of brown sugar and local maple syrup. We then add it to our homemade chocolate chip cookie dough. These delicious mix of sweet, salty and heaven or cooked right on the BBQ pit for an added layer of delicious!
